Current positions:
Senior Account Broker, General Insurance
With a commitment to excellence and a focus on building long-term relationships, we strive to deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients and exceed their expectations.
In this role, you will be working alongside one of our most senior Account Managers to manage one of our largest books of business. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, developing insurance strategies, and providing expert advice to ensure our clients are adequately protected against risk.
Qualification / Experience: Must hold Tier 1 and have at least 3 years General Insurance Broking experience.

General Insurance Trainee
At WSIB we have a very successful General Insurance Traineeship program and we’re looking for our next recruit!
This role offers a unique opportunity to embark on a rewarding career in the general insurance industry, gaining valuable experience and knowledge across various aspects of general insurance.

TRAINEESHIP PROGRAM
We’re looking for school graduates who are motivated and ready to take on new challenges. Successful applicants will play an integral role in shaping our culture and service offerings.
You’ll have opportunities across the General Insurance division, from claims advocacy to advice and placement, as we work together to build your career one experience at a time
Throughout the 24 month program, our Trainees receive a well-balanced approach to career development opportunities through these types of activities:
- – Education (eg inhouse training & formal education consisting of Tier 1 Insurance Broking via ANZIIF)
- – Experience (eg General Insurance job rotations from claims advocacy to advice and placement)
- – Exposure (eg peer feedback, coaching, mentoring and networking).
