ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY VALUES TEAM.
Our community values team was established in 2018. This team came about as we, as a company have such a strong relationship with our community and we are lucky enough to have received great support from them over the years so we really wanted to be able to give something back.
Each month, the committee members choose one organisation to support and raise funds for. You can find some case studies from some of our recent fundraisers below.
If you would like your organisation to be considered and supported by one of our fundraising events, please reach out to us at – firstname.lastname@example.org.
We were very proud to choose the RSPCA to partner with for our 2020 Annual Charity Bowls Day. They do so much for our animals, especially after the horrific bushfires that we saw in 2019/2020. We were so pleased to be able to donate $14,500 to this wonderful charity.
Calvary Health Care Kogarah
We are very proud to announce that in association with Calvary Health Care Kogarah, we were able to raise over $50,000 for the Calvary Motor Neurone Disease service at our Bi-Annual Race Day which was held at Kembla Grange racecourse.
The Gift of Giving
In lieu of consideration to client and staff gifts for Christmas in 2019, we donated $20,000 to the Country Women’s Association of Australia (CWA) to help people in far more need than us.
In partnership with East Coast Stockfeeds, we will sent a small team to Eugowra where we transported 40 tonnes of grain which will be donated to five families through the assistance of CWA and will make an enormous difference to their lives.
For anyone else wanting to make a donation to CWA please go to their website at cwaa.org.au.
Red 25 Program
Did you know that every blood donation can help save 3 lives?
At Warren Saunders, we are passionate about making a difference that is why we are part of the Red 25 Program to help make a difference and give back to our community. Every little bit counts.
In 2019, our team helped save up to 51 lives by giving the gift of blood.
