Jessica Lodge
Relationship Manager
Jessica is an integral member of our team and is responsible for ensuring that ABi complies with established service quality standards and industry codes. Jessica successfully completed a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) in 2002 before working with a scheme agent and was trained in all areas of case management.
Jessica has since worked with a large Community Services Provider as both a Case Manager and Disability Support Worker where she worked closely with individuals with disabilities and formed many strong friendships with clients, families and care agencies. Jessica has excellent communication skills and has played a key role in driving continuous improvement within our factual investigation Division.
Jessica joined Warren Saunders Insurance Brokers in 2006 and since this time has become a qualified factual investigator, sometimes still conducting her own investigations for our valued clients. Jessica is a very popular and hard working member of our team and in 2009 was awarded the Warren Saunders Insurance Brokers Employee of the Year Award.
Jessica lists soccer, live music and holidaying in the Hunter Valley as her interests away from work.
