Victorian Workers Compensation Market Freeze – Latest News
20-Sep-2011 As our Victorian employers would be aware, following WorkSafe’s review of their Agent panel earlier this year, policies were moved to various agents within the Scheme. To ensure stability during the transition phase, WorkSafe Victoria placed a temporary freeze on movements between Agents.
WorkSafe Victoria has reviewed the freeze and from 1 September 2011, employers may transfer their policy between CGU, Allianz and QBE only.
The freeze will be lifted in its entirety from 1 December 2011.
