Adam Bird
Manager Workers Compensation & OHS Solutions
Adam is the Manager of our Workers Compensation & OHS Division and brings with him over 25 years of knowledge and experience in this industry. Adam joined WSIB in January 2007 having previously been Managing Director of his own successful workers compensation consultancy, now incorporated into Warren Saunders Insurance Brokers. Adam has also enjoyed various senior management positions with a number of leading scheme agents and is one of very few experts in this industry who has extensive knowledge of all fields including claims, underwriting and OH&S. Adam is a highly motivated business professional, strongly committed to building and maintaining relationships.
Adam also created A.B Investigations (ABi) in 2002 which is now another Division of WSIB and a leading provider of factual investigations to the workers compensation insurance industry. Adam continues to manage the operations of ABi and is also a Justice of the Peace. Adam is actively involved in a number of charities supporting people with MS but most of all is a loving husband to wife Debbie and very proud father of two young boys.
