ABI FACTUAL INVESTIGATIONS
ABI have set a goal of becoming the leader of our industry, committed to looking for new and different approaches to meeting our client’s needs. Our strategic purpose is to provide our clients with a superior level of timely, cost efficient services. We commit to providing a professional service, maintaining absolute integrity and professionalism.
ABI was established in 2002 and has been a panel member of a leading NSW Workers Compensation Scheme Agent since that time. We are now panel members of a number of other Scheme Agents, as well as a number of self-insurers and are the sole provider of services to a large grocery retailer. ABI specialise in workers compensation factual investigations only.
We believe that in gathering information for a workers compensation factual investigation it is vitally important that the investigator have a solid understanding of workers compensation and OHS systems and relevant legislation, a thorough understanding of corporate structures, and an ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels. We have strategically engaged staff to specifically meet these requirements and our team includes a qualified solicitor, Registered Nurse and workers compensation professionals with over twenty years experience.
ABI has rapidly developed an excellent reputation within the insurance industry. We operate throughout the Sydney Metropolitan Region, along with the South Coast and inland rural regions of NSW, ACT and Newcastle. We are available 24 hours per day, seven days a week, through our registered offices at:
Corner Forest Road & Botany Street
